Shipping and Return Policy

Delivery method:

Pickup in the store is free

 

If the product is available in the selected store* – within 30 minutes after order confirmation

*If the order is placed before the store closes, the order can be picked up the next morning.

 

If the product is not available, we will deliver it to the selected store within 5-6 working days.

 

The order can be picked up at the following BRANCHESS store addresses:

Delivery by OMNIVA 

 

Delivery is made on working days only. When ordering goods on holidays, the delivery time is calculated starting from the next working day.

Return conditions

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery. The refund will be made within 14 days from the moment when SIA "V-44" has received the returned item.

Returned items must not be used and everything must be in the original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged.

The product must be returned with a completed product return form that is included with each order. If the form has not been sent for some reason, it can be downloaded HERE.

• In the store where the item was received
