How to properly take body measurements?
To determine the correct size when buying clothes, measure your parameters with a measuring tape. It is best to do this with the help of another person.
A – bust
The highest point of the chest should be measured in a horizontal line, across the shoulder blades, without stretching the measuring tape. Breast measurement is performed with a bra on.
B – waist
The measurement should be taken with a relaxed abdomen at its narrowest point. If there is no defined waistline, the measurement should be taken a few centimeters above the navel. When taking measurements, make sure that the measuring tape fits evenly on the body, but it should not be tight.
C – hips
It should be measured in a horizontal line at the widest point of the hips, without stretching the measuring tape.
